PopUpPlay and Cherry Street Pier are teaming up to help celebrate your child’s birthday in a big way! Cherry Street Pier is a massive, open-air venue on the Delaware River waterfront with plenty of space to build, create, and explore. There’s no need to cram kids into a party room—here, they’ll have the freedom to move, play, and dream BIG.
With three unique party options, we offer celebrations that inspire your child’s imagination, strengthen friendships and are just plain fun.

Why Cherry Street Pier?
PopUpPlay parties take place at Cherry Street Pier, a huge, open-air waterfront space that offers plenty of room for kids to move, build, and play. No tiny party rooms here—our venue lets kids spread out and immerse themselves in all the fun.

Cherry Street Pier is a year-round, mixed-use public space on the central Delaware River waterfront. Built into the shell of a century-old municipal pier, it is a reflection of Philadelphia today—creative, diverse, historic, adaptable, and inspired. It's located at 121 N Columbus Blvd. Philadelphia, PA 19106
Winter Parties are in the Winterfest Lodge!
For the months of December, January and February PopUpPlay parties take place at the Winterfest Lodge from 10am-12pm. It's cozy and festive and a great place for:

🏗 life-sized cardboard creations
🌿 waterfront views and even an ice skating add on package!
🚀 Endless possibilities for creative play!
Located right down the street from Cherry Street Pier it's an awesome party venue.
